It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

What you'll do:
- Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Craft a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Zowie's business goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to produce and distribute content that educates and guides prospects through their buying journey.
- Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content, including practical guides, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blogs, and social media posts. Manage the editorial calendar to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Market and Audience Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and conduct audience analysis in collaboration with PMMs and Campaign managers to identify content gaps and opportunities for lead gen and thought leadership.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Work with internal and external SEO experts to optimize content for search engines and enhance organic traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to assess content performance and contribution to the sales pipeline and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with eCommerce influencers and partners to broaden content reach and amplify the Zowie brand.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- 5+ years in content strategy and creation, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic content marketing campaigns that drive leads and conversions
- Strong editorial skills, exceptional storytelling, and copywriting abilities, adapting content for various channels and audiences
- General understanding of SEO best practices and experience using analytics tools to measure content performance
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
It'll be awesome if you have:
- Experience working in or with midsize to large global eCommerce brands
- Skill in creating content that appeals to C-level executives, understanding their decision-making processes and priorities
- Technological know-how with content management systems, understanding of UX design principles, and digital marketing experience
