What you'll do:
We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist with a hands-on approach to manage our digital campaigns and streamline our marketing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and optimizing our PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. Additionally, you'll ensure that our marketing operations and processes are effective and aligned with our goals. This position is focused on generating tangible results and enhancing our marketing efficiency.

πŸ’‘ Performance Marketing
- Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Handle day-to-day account management tasks, including campaign optimization, budget management, and implementation of testing strategies to enhance performance.
- Perform extensive research (e.g., keywords); analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Track, monitor, evaluate, and report on KPIs of media activity to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work closely with the content and design team on campaign assets. 
- Continuously monitor and tweak digital advertising strategies based on analytical insights and evolving market trends.

- Oversee and manage our Marketing automation (HubSpot) and other Marketing technology to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead marketing automation efforts, including campaign setup, lead scoring, nurturing, and personalization to drive engagement and conversion.
- Ensure the alignment of technology, data, and processes to support campaign goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in commercial processes (e.g., RevOps).

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

    • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
    • Experience in Revenue/Marketing operations, technology, and data management in a B2B SaaS environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
