Sales @ A.Team
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of A.Team’s enterprise sales outreach, sourcing and landing high-impact deals. In this role, you will own building and nurturing a robust pipeline of potential clients, focused on solving high-priority talent problems for our largest clients. As a key player in our sales process, you'll engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions that drive business growth.

*Note: We are looking for people who are able to work remotely from the Bay Area of California or in a hybrid setting from our NYC-based clubhouse.

Anticipated base salary band: $100,000 USD-$150,000 USD, commensurate with experience; this role is also eligible for an equity grant.

In this role, you will...

    • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, from outreach to close, while continuously seeking creative strategies to engage prospective clients
    • Build out strategic approach to targeting key potential clients and action on outreach campaign
    • Collaborate with our Team Formation Specialist (Sales Engineers) and Customer Success team to ensure deals progress seamlessly through the entire sales cycle
    • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
    • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in HubSpot
    • Introduce A.Team to new prospect accounts, spanning a broad cross-section of industry verticals, enabling clients to build tech products in a new way
    • Manage both inbound leads and utilize online and offline sources to self-prospect additional leads to maintain/expand your pipeline
    • Conduct discovery and online demonstration call

About you:

    • Proven track record of successfully closed deals, with two years or more experience in enterprise sales, consistently exceeding targets
    • Ability to cultivate relationships with clients, gaining deep insight into their business and creatively designing solutions for their needs.
    • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
    • Deep understanding of B2B sales, its challenges, and emerging trends
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross functionally across different teams
    • Delivering an incredible consumer experience - every single time
    • Strong work ethic, high energy, intellectual curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and a team player
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
