We're looking for a Client Advisor to join Aalto's Sales team. You will act as the primary point of contact for Aalto sellers, providing expertise and guidance on the market and home sale process throughout the transaction. This role will be matched with homeowners that sign up for Aalto across the Bay Area daily (all inbound leads).

Client Advisors will be responsible for closing new business from their pool of previews ensuring that our clients sell for the most profit with the least amount of stress. If you consider yourself a consultative salesperson with experience that spans both real estate (you have a license) and technology, we’d love to speak with you.

    • You have 2+ years of real estate experience and 5+ years of overall professional experience
    • You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • You have a California real estate license 

What You'll Do:

    • Exceed client expectations turning clients into promoters
    • Beat your quarterly number of home sales
    • Work collaboratively with the Sales Development and Client Success teams to create consistency, ease, and outstanding results throughout the client’s Aalto experience
    • Review market data and comparable sales to create/present a customized strategic plan for each qualified lead in the region
    • Answer all high-level inquiries  from agents and buyers about the property
    • Communicate all buyer feedback to the client timely, succinctly, and honestly
    • Manage listings while active and make any recommendations to the client regarding strategic plans based on changing market dynamics and buyer feedback
    • Coordinate with the transaction team to ensure deals close
    • Review all offers with client and handle all negotiations
    • Remain current with market trends and compliance requirements

We are currently all working remotely and expect to continue with our remote-first culture past the pandemic but the majority of the team has a home base in the San Francisco Bay Area and we will get flexible office space in the Bay Area sometime in early 2022.
