We're looking for a Buyer Concierge to join Aalto's Sales team. You will act as a partner with buyers looking to buy homes on their own. You will also coordinate agent-represented buyers on Aalto properties, helping your partner Client Advisor with coordination. A great Buyer Concierge predicts buyers needs and gives them solutions before the ask for help.

    • You have 1+ years of real estate experience and 4+ years of overall professional experience
    • You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • You have a California real estate license 

What You'll Do:

    • Help buyers complete the purchase of Aalto listed properties
    • Exceed client expectations turning clients into promoters
    • Work collaboratively with the Onboarding and Client Success teams to create consistency, ease, and outstanding results throughout the client’s Aalto experience
    • Field any market questions from active buyers
    • Act as assigned market expert answering all high-level inquiries  from agents and buyers about the property
    • Communicate all buyer feedback to the client timely, succinctly, and honestly
    • Manage listings while active and make any recommendations to the client regarding strategic plans based on changing market dynamics and buyer feedback
    • Coordinate with the transaction team to ensure deals close
    • Remain current with market trends and compliance requirements

We are currently all working remotely and expect to continue with our remote-first culture past the pandemic but the majority of the team has a home base in the San Francisco Bay Area and we will get flexible office space in the Bay Area sometime in early 2022.
