Qualifications & Job Responsibilities
- The Assistant Superintendent shall have the same background requirements as the Superintendent and shall have ten (10) year' experience working with facility management and scheduling systems as well as knowledge of heating and air conditioning, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
- The Assistant Superintendent shall ensure that inspecting, testing and maintenance of all Work are implemented via work order system for proper documentation and filing for inspection by the Manager. The Assistant Superintendent shall also schedule the workload to maximize balance between workforce and workload.
- The Assistant Superintendent shall supervise personnel in the performance of contract administration, recruitment, bookkeeping or other clerical work related to this Contract.
$52.53 - $52.53 an hour
