The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services, team leadership, and operational management.
$75,000 - $75,000 a year
Pay: $75,000

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services, team leadership, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
• Coordinate daily janitorial operations across multiple facilities.
• Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, standards, and protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality assurance.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and environmental regulations.
Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and onboard janitorial staff in accordance with California labor laws.
• Schedule shifts and assign duties to team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and resolve personnel issues.
• Provide coaching and support to enhance service delivery.
Client Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding janitorial services.
• Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare service reports, metrics, and improvement plans.
• Customize cleaning programs to meet client-specific needs.
Administrative Tasks:
• Prepare and manage budgets and project expenditures.
• Track and report KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain documentation for audits, procedures, and compliance checks.
• Ensure contracts are up-to-date and aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in janitorial or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of California labor laws and safety regulations.
Additional Information:
• This position may require travel between client sites.
