OSITION OVERVIEW ABM is seeking a full-time Onsite Lead/Event Labor Coordinator. This position will support operational leadership in a variety of duties including but not limited to the relative set-up and breakdown of client requested events and janitorial work in an assigned facility. To ensure productivity and quality, this professional will work under the supervision of the Area Project Manager and the Labor Event Manager. This is a client facing position where answering work order requests, maintaining the facility, inspecting equipment for damage after use, and checking equipment against an inventory list are among the expected duties.
QUALIFICATIONS • Flexible 8-hour shift Monday-Friday to accommodate events schedule (able to start as early as 6am and to end shift as late as 7pm). • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. • Experience with Work Order Systems is a plus. • Diligence and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Outstanding organizational skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. • Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team. • Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment. • Use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style. • Any and all other duties as assigned.
• Maintain constant Communication by providing site and event briefings regarding the facility and all events with superiors • Perform site inspections, inventory, and Safety Audits • Perform basic administrative functions using programs such as GoSpotCheck, Corrigo, Microsoft Outlook • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities • Complete miscellaneous assigned duties • Comply with and enforce all guidelines and policies set forth in the ABM Employee Handbook
