The Handyman is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the properties, related fixed and portable equipment and installation.

Performs necessary carpentry and painting duties to maintain an educational facility in good repair and appearance.
Applies rounded training and apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
Woodwork such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, and doors.
Plans and lays out work from drawings, blueprints, models or verbal instructions
Uses a variety of carpenter's hand tools
Makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work
Selects materials necessary for the work
Paints walls, woodwork, and fixtures
Prepares surfaces for painting by removing old finish or by putting putty in nail holes.
Applies paint with spray or gun
