ABL is seeking a Talent Programs Manager to facilitate the creation and implementation of our company's engagement and performance programs. The ideal candidate balances experience delivering impact-driven programs with thoughtful, creative design that aligns with the tone and culture of the group it serves. This is a primarily onsite position at our headquarters in Los Angeles. Some travel to non-HQ locations as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and facilitate talent programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and support the development and success of our team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent program needs and design solutions that address those needs.
- Develop comprehensive and progressive manager and leadership development programs that support new and tenured leaders and managers.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of talent development, employee engagement, and performance programs.
- Track and measure the impact of talent development programs and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development, employee engagement, and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support talent development initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years in talent development, employee engagement, and/or performance programs
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record of creating, implementing, and executing successful talent development programs
- Excellent time and project management skills, ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong consultative, communication, and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication ability across written, verbal, and presentation.
- Design minded/design experience a plus
$85,000 - $150,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information protected under US export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
