About the Role
Above Lending is seeking a talented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving the overall performance and servicing of our products. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. You Will:

    • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics related to our products, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction, collections performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
    • Data Collection and Interpretation: Work with our Business Analytics team to organize, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on performance metrics, presenting detailed findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Servicing Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing customer servicing processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

What We Look For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus.
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial/lending sectors.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
    • Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools/software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
