As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Bilingual Intake Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about helping others.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves connecting with people, and is highly organized and detail-oriented. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our clients—from their first phone call to their first day of therapy.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

đź’¬ Client Outreach & Scheduling
- Contact new and prospective clients by phone, email, and text to introduce our services and answer questions
- Assess client needs and align them with the appropriate service offerings
- Schedule initial consultations, evaluations, and follow-up appointments
📝 Client Onboarding
- Gather and verify personal, insurance, and medical documentation
- Build and maintain accurate client profiles in our internal systems
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring clarity and comfort at every step
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition into services
đź§ľ Insurance Verification
- Contact insurance companies to confirm benefits, eligibility, and coverage details
- Clearly explain insurance coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs to clients and caregivers
- Resolve discrepancies or coverage concerns by communicating with insurance representatives

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, client intake, scheduling, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, EMRs, and cloud-based systems
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services
- Experience working with insurance verification or medical billing
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality protocols
