The mission of the Senior Marketing Manager will be to drive the marketing strategy and all marketing activities including demand generation, events, channel marketing programs, and public relations. They are responsible for managing the marketing budget for the UK.

Main Objectives
     Build and execute the annual Marketing Plan for UK & Nordics
     Accelerate KPI led demand generation, increase sales pipeline and closed business
     Build Customer engagement to increase upsell/cross-sell and customer satisfaction


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Senior. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and profitably growing AB Tasty in the UK with an organized anf KPI oriented marketing plan.
    Deliver qualified leads to the UK sales team using full marketing mix, development of both lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns (including ABM campaigns), and other campaigns in regional campaign creation; participating in these promotional activities for promoting products
    Generate leads from  Digital Demand Gen activities : Webinars, Social Media, Google Adwords, marketing automation, other online Lead Gen tactics and offline activities : seminars, conferences, corporate event for brand promotion,  covering all aspects regarding event planning and management, providing active support in conducting market research regarding the event, event coordination, designing, content, etc.
    Define, develop and adapt appropriate content for the UK & Nordics markets : case study, ebook, infographics, videos
    Create an environment of strong alignment between sales and marketing with an emphasis on creative solutions supporting sales objectives: closely working with the sales, consulting team, and SDR team for evaluating the total impact of marketing activities, and gathering feedback from them regarding its success in generating opportunities
    Work on an ambassador program; looking for key speakers and build thought leadership presentations
    Continually strive to further optimize the lead generation and management process
    Ensure AB Tasty’s messaging and branding is effectively translated and replicated within the UK market; Ensure roll-out of corporate positioning and messaging in the UK region
    Build and drive  social media strategy, influencers strategy, blogging tweets etc…
    Work with partners team to support & deliver partners programs, co-marketing with email, event, database, content….
     Work with the other marketing managers and corporate marketing organization for creation and execution of lead generation programs
    Work on the PR program, generate speaking opportunities and visibility on french medias
    Internal & external communication: email invitations, newsletters, specific content, website updates, corporate news; make sure to communicate all marketing activities with the company
    Client retention: increase upsell, cross-sell and customer satisfaction by developing the customer community and customer program with the Customer Marketing Manager.
    Follow closely all the KPIs in Salesforce, Pardot and Google analytics to track and report on leads through the marketing funnel and sales life cycle.
    Lead a team of 3 people: marketing executive, event manager and content manager.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a leader who can build and develop the UK & Nordics Marketing Plan at  AB Tasty. You should be passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and new technologies.
Ideal candidates should possess the following knowledge and experience:
     5/7 years of experience in a similar role
     BA in marketing or equivalent
     Understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints
     Very good time-management skills
     Ability to multitask & results oriented - lead gen and growth hacking
     Team management experience
     Align with AB Tasty core values: customer satisfaction, reactivity, team spirit, enthusiasm, kindness
     Seasoned experience in marketing communications
     Solid experience in all elements of the marketing communication mix
     SaaS Software or IT background
     Proactive work attitude, problem solver, team player
     Autonomous, organized, structured
     Able to effectively communicate at Senior Management level
     Language skills: fluent in English, another language is a plus
     Experience in managing external suppliers and a substantial budget
     Proven experience and success working in a multicultural environment
     Exceptional oral and written communications skills
     10 to 15% of travel in Europe
