We are looking for a Revenue Operations to contribute to our hyper-growth by providing strategic and operational support to multiple sales leaders across the EMEA / US sales teams

👀 A few examples of your responsibilities

    • You work closely with the management, sales leaders and revenue operations teams to provide strategic and operational support to the business through reporting, sales operating cadences, sales operations and administration.
    • Support the annual Go-to-market planning process, which includes headcount / quota allocation and prioritization, territory carving, and account strategy, through data analysis, insights and models
    • Help coordinate, prepare, and organize regional quarterly business reviews, including gathering all metrics / performing all meaningful analyses needed for leaders to present a comprehensive assessment of their business health
    • Deliver weekly and monthly metrics highlighting area, region, territory, and rep performance
    • Develop and deliver presentations and recommendations for sales leadership and inform decisions
    • Identify inefficiencies, implement change management solutions, and track progress through planning, process, and tool improvements
    • Maintain, update and improve our Salesforce environment with our Salesforce Admin and according to the business requirements
    • Provide day to day support on Rules of Engagement questions, ad hoc reports, or tactical change requests.
