Upon joining AB Tasty, you will become part of our UK Customer Success team. You will work closely with them to ensure our clients are making the most out of the AB Tasty tools. You will also gain your own client portfolio to structure successful relationships and be their main POC in order to manage their day-to-day requests. 

What you will do

    • Be responsible for the management of your client portfolio following implementation
    • Help build loyalty by creating excellent relationships with clients
    • Brainstorm and suggest Conversion Rate Optimisation experiments and personalisation campaign ideas with clients
    • Assist clients in creating campaigns by working closely with the technical team
    • Analyse and identify new areas for optimisation following data analysis
    • Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn
    • Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts
    • Help the sales team with the on-boarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)

What we are looking for

    • University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Marketing, or similar
    • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable marketing plans
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus
    • Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded
    • Ability to travel
