The Account Executive is a high-energy, new business sales role with a focus on developing new profitable customers across Spain. This role will contribute to AB Tasty’s hyper-growth by acquiring new clients.
The ideal person has high-energy with a natural sales instinct looking to join a fun and growing business development team in Spain. We are looking for an Account Executive to join the team, based in Madrid.
📍Contract & Location
- Permanent full-time contract
- Madrid office, with a smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)
👀 A few examples of your responsibilities:
- Prospecting and making appointments with new potential clients
- Identification & Qualification of new commercial opportunities including large and high potential mid-market accounts
- Response to Tenders, RFIs, RFQs, etc.
- Lobby with high-level decision makers
- Negotiation and closing of deals while maintaining command of the sales cycle
- Managing short sales cycles in parallel of long-term high potential deals
- Support our growing reputation by representing & spreading AB Tasty core values

🕵️ What we look for:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales function in software or consulting and proven network in the Spanish market
- Previous experience with SaaS MarTech solutions with strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Hunter mentality - You must hold dearly, deep within your soul, the tasks of prospecting, negotiation and closing of deals
- Excellent negotiation skills and you are used to dealing with key decision makers
- Must have outstanding and effective English communication skills (oral and written)
Our hiring process is made of 4 steps:
1. Once your resume sent, our Talent Acquisition team will contact you to learn more about you or let you know when your profile doesn’t match our requirements (30 minutes)
2. You will meet with the Hiring Manager so she can discuss your skills and motivation to join our team (30 minutes)
3. You will meet with the Hiring Manager and a few other from the Sales Team to debrief a case study (1 hour)
4. You will meet the VP Sales Europe (30 minutes)
