We are looking for our new Team Leader for our Core Interface team !At AB Tasty, a squad is an agile and autonomous team, of about 6 people, with all the necessary skills for the development of new functionalities: front-end developers (JavaScript / React), back-developer (PHP Symfony / Go), UX Designer, Product Manager, QA Engineer.
Composed of lead developers who make technological choices for the future of the platform, the Core Interface team is responsible for the quality of the interface layers of Client Side and Server-side & Rollout Platform, as well as designing the next interface that merges all features from all our products.
We need someone to lead them, collectively in the day to day work (team animation, tasks priorisation, workshops), and individually (HR responsible, annual review, career management), who knows what it takes to manage a core team which impacts the scope of all others (communication, monitoring, planification, etc).
The Team Leader of Core Interface team refers to the Head of Core Platform.

A few examples of your responsibilities:
- Manage a team of front and backend engineers, both on-site and remotely.
- Be responsible for the team's project management (scrum mastering, planning, follow-up).Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the team to other members of the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams and help them define their needs.
- Guarantee the stability, quality and due date of projects for which the team is responsible.
- Create and follow-up team & project’s quality and performance KPIs.
- Communicate successes and issues encountered to management and internal teams.
- Involvement in recruiting new team members needed to accomplish missions.
- Participate in feature development and bug resolution.

What we're looking for:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a technical team manager
- You are comfortable interacting with an English-speaking team
- You are self-organized and able to structure your work independently either working remotely or in a co-working space.
- At the same time you are a team player, who likes to interact with your colleagues in an interdisciplinary manner.
