Customer Platform Manager

We are looking for a Customer Platform Manager for our new platform Flagship by AB Tasty.
As Product Led Support, you are in charge of the product adoption of our Self Serve Clients through automation, Product Score evolution  and our support platform.

You report to our Client Director - Flagship.
You work closely with the Technical Solution Managers, Sales Team and Product Team to make Flagship experience successful and help to convert Free users into paid customers.

This position is open to internship/apprenticeship (6 month/1 year)

What you will do :

    • Product Adoption and Conversion
    • Drive product adoption through automated campaigns 
    • Follow Product and engagement metrics to suggest improvements 
    • Help to Identify qualitative users in terms of product usage and engagement metrics
    • Shared Product Usage information about qualitative users to help the sales team to convert them into paid customers

    • Support :
    • Answer questions about how to implement/use the platform, raised by our users through our support platform
    • Be proactive in the optimization and updates of our support platform
    • Become a product expert 

    • Analysis :
    • Consolidate our clients feedback, needs and pain points to our Product team to enhance the platform
    • Consolidate Self Served users
    • Product : Usage to improve our process and help to convert free customers into paid customers

    • Bug management:
    • Investigate and follow-up on bugs through Jira and Intercom

What we are looking for :

    • You are fluent in english 
    • Tech-savvy and have a good knowledge of the product and developer ecosystem
    • Open-minded and curious - great at learning new processes and retaining information
    • Methodical, rigorous, proactive - always using initiative and great at multitasking
    • Bonus points if you have some knowledge in API, SDK and some languages (react, javascript…)
