The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) manages the implementation of website optimization campaigns in collaboration with the Customer Success Managers (CSMs). TSEs work closely with customers to resolve their most challenging problems. In constant contact with the CSMs and indirectly with the customers, this role guarantees the customer satisfaction and quality of integration of the different campaigns.
As a Team Leader, we expect you to manage your team by providing adequate instruction and advice. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You must be able to act proactively and ensure team processes are strictly adhered to in order to achieve strategic and global objectives. You will be in charge of maintaining a strong team spirit that allows us to work efficiently together to maximize the team's potential and results.
To be successful as a team leader, you must have excellent communication skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers.

👀 A few examples of your responsibilities
- Complex clients campaigns (tests and personalisations) development
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and propose the best possible integration solution to meet the customer's needs
- Define team goals and evaluate team progress
- Empower team members with skills to improve their technical and product knowledge, and communication skills
- Identify areas for new training and set up a technical training plan in order to maximize the team members potential
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Provide innovative feedback on product development to the product and tech teams
- Design job descriptions and conduct interviews in order to fill open positions
- Define side project scope and objectives with managers
- Organize project planning
- Provide project updates and progress to managers
- Use best practices, techniques, and standards throughout all project with the TSE Expert

- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS are a prerequisite.

Our hiring process is made of 4 steps:
