Technical Client Onboarding Manager

As a part of the Clients Team, you will assist our new customers to ensure a successful onboarding by providing technical and product guidelines. You will be involved from day 1 to the end of the onboarding and will work closely with our Customer Success Team to guarantee client satisfaction.

📍 Contract & Location

    • Permanent full-time contract
    • Paris, Bordeaux or Nantes office
    • Remote work possible up to 3 days a week

👀 Few examples of your responsibilities

    • Drive full project implementation plan per each new customer you onboard
    • Ensure all customers complete the required technical setup
    • Analyse client’s technical setup and debug the most common issues
    • Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to ensure the success of the onboarding for each client
    • Contribute to improving onboarding efficiency by creating documentation to help scale onboarding efforts
    • Be a product expert and proactively learn new product behaviour and flows
    • Provide client’s feedback to product and tech teams in order to contribute to the product’s roadmap and developmentFace clients in autonomy to drive their technical setup

🎯 What we are looking for

    • Autonomy, patience, problem solving, rigor, you are driven by client’s satisfaction.
    • Knowledge in JavaScript, SaaS products and services.
    • Capacity to deliver high-quality support to clients from SMB to Enterprise
    • 1-2 years experience in Customer Success, Onboarding or Helpdesk is a plus.
    • Reasoning and depth of learning. You're an analytical thinker who can apply your knowledge to diverse technical contexts in a creative and goal-oriented manner. You’re structured and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge. You learn new concepts and skills rapidly, and love to nerd out and go in-depth.
    • French native speaker, proficiency in English.
    • Effective communication is one of the key aspects of this job. That’s why you need to read, write, and speak fluently in English
    • Passion for the field. Curiosity and willingness to constantly learn about new web- and online-marketing technologies
