The International Payroll & Mobility Manager will join our team based in Paris to take in charge both Administration and end-to-end payroll management for EMEA, America and APAC employees and being the support to employees, managers and HR people business partners in all immigration matters/international mobilities.

👀 A few examples of your responsibilities

    • Payroll/Staff Administration/HRIS

    • Management of a team of 2 people (day-to day tasks, skills development…)
    • Provide reliable guidance and expertise on all payroll and administrative topics to Employees, Managers, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Finance team.
    • Management and improvement of payroll, staff administration processes and HR policies/notes for our current countries: France/US/Canada/UK/Spain/Australia/Germany/Singapore
    • Maintain compliance of all laws related to payroll & staff administration for our current countries
    • Overseeing of relationships with local providers (payroll, health insurance…) and ensuring that mandatory annual social declarations/contributions are processed in due time
    • Ensure with the People Ops Team a high and up-to-date accurate information in our HRIS BambooHR for all countries (payroll, starters, leavers, transfers, leaves of absence…)

    • Immigration/International Mobility

    • Being responsible for all immigration topics (follow-up, legal and administrative steps, …) and provide guidance on the matter to Employees, Managers and HR colleagues (People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialist)
    • Being responsible for the international mobilities (current and futures) in the respect of the international mobility policy in place and by working closely with the People Business Partners

🕵️ What we look for:

    • 5 years of experience in staff management and payroll (French and EMEA/APAC/America zones).
    • Strong knowledge and expertise in social law and payroll topics
    • Both detailed and overviewed oriented on payroll and staff management matters, with an anticipative and proactive approach
    • SaaS company environment Knowledge/Interest
    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources
    • French and Professional English (for discussing comfortably with Employees and providers on payroll, staff administration and immigration/international mobilities matters)
    •  
      Additional but not a requirement:
    • First experience in Management
    • German and/or Spanish appreciated
