We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager based in Canada for our new platform Flagship by AB Tasty.

Flagship by AB Tasty is our latest Platform dedicated for product teams and developers. Flagship allows teams to manage their features with feature flagging and progressive rollouts on apps, software and devices and optimize their interfaces with AB Test and Personalization.

As Technical Solutions Manager, you are the dedicated point of contact for developers' profiles within our clients. You help them implement Flagship and guide them through its integration and configuration. You share information about the new SDK and API version with them, and provide them with good technical practices. You are proactive with our high valued Clients.
You work closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) - who is in charge of the accounts management and also of the health score follow up, product adoption follow up and CXO advice - to make from Flagship experience a success by working hand in hand as a team.
You help the entire team in the technical user engagement process and churn risk process.

📍Contract & Location

    • Permanent full-time contract 
    • Montreal Office: 3 Place Ville Marie, Suite 400 - Montreal, QC H3B 2E3, with a smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

👀A few examples of your responsibilities

    • Pre-sales:
    • Provide technical assistance during pre-sales process 
    • Onboarding:
    • You take part to the kick off call with each new client to answer tech oriented questions
      You guide our tech clients during their first training 
      You work closely with the CSM and their  clients to ensure the success of their first campaign
      You are proactive and provide Technical advice about Flagship implementation (SDK, API, Flags..)
    • Follow up:
    • You make sure that our technical clients are happy with the solution
      You share information about the technical evolution of the tool (SDK, API…)
      You work closely with the CSM to support your clients in their campaigns implementation
    • Support:
    • Help with the user engagement process for tech profiles
      Help to identify developers’ pain points and proactively share solutions to solve it
      Help our Support team answer most technical questions on our chat
    • Product optimisation:
    • Collect and report tech clients feedback and feature requests
      Help to validate new versions of the tool
    • Team Project
    • Participate in some Flagship Client Unit projects

🕵️ What we look for

    • Proficiency in English. Effective communication is one of the key aspects of this job. That’s why you need to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Other languages are a plus!
    • A bit of experience. In client-facing at least. You have experience in Saas as a software engineer (or working with Saas tools day to day). You have significant experience building web or mobile apps. You have a good background working with multiple languages, we interact most often (javascript, Python, PHP, Node.js…).
    • Passion for the field. Working in a tech / fast paced environment motivates you. You are curious and have a good knowledge on developers ecosystem
