The Manager of Sales Development leads a team of sales development reps directly. They are responsible for day to day management of their team including coaching, performance management, reporting and team quota attainment. They have successfully managed a high performing SDR team for at least 1-3 years.

This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact on the growth trajectory of the U.S. market. In this role, you have the chance to shape & grow a team, implement and carry out sales strategies, and work closely with other Sales managers.

What you will do:

    • Lead and manage a high-performance team of SDR individuals and to drive business, both mid in the market/commercial and Enterprise pipeline.
    • Enable your team to grow into top performing SDRs through coaching & guidance. 
    • Act as conduit for Senior Leadership and execute strategy and direction through your teams.
    • Determine and refine current outbound strategies for maximum conversion.
    • Work closely with the Sales Managers/Sales Enablement/VP of Sales to build training programs and productive go to market initiatives.
    • Provide and manage demand generation forecast for the team.
    • Work with marketing, sales and channel to implement blitzes, contests and go to market initiatives for the team.

What we're looking for:

    • Proven track record of delivering measurable results
    • Knowledge of on-boarding and enablement activities for SDRs
    • Deep knowledge of software/services ecosystems and competitive environments 
    • Previous experience managing/selling a Martech solution 
    • Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems
    • Ability to recruit and hire a high-performing team
    • Experience building outbound sales motions to drive pipeline and revenue
    • Strong coaching and leadership skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1+ years previous SDR Management and Sales Management experience 
    • 1+ years in a previous outbound SDR or BDR role
    • Strong track record of success in leading a SDR teams
    • Strong track record in driving results through SDR or Sales teams
    • Proficient experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, and Gong

Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years of successful SDR Management and Sales Management experience in the Martech space
    • Sales Methodology, Prospecting Methodology Certification
