We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to design and implement recruiting strategies for AB Tasty worldwide. You will report to the HR Director.

📍Contract & Location

    • Permanent full-time contract
    • Paris Office: 19 rue Michel Le Comte - 75003, with a smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

👀 A few examples of your responsibilities

    • Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruitment made of 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists based in France and in the US
    • Lead all sourcing strategies
    • Develop and manage our external partnerships with schools, job boards and Talent Acquisition software vendors
    • Implement online and offline employer branding activities
    • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) and ensures a unique candidate experience so that every talent we first contact becomes an ambassador of our company
    • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
    • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
    • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire

🕵️ What we look for

    • A bit of experience. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, within a SaaS company. Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks). Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases. Good team-management abilities.
    • A lot of rigor. You are organized, driven with an eye for quality. You work fast and well. Some may say that you're a machine!
    • Hunter mentality. You must hold dearly, deep within your soul, the tasks of sourcing, convincing and closing of offers.
    • Great communication skills. You are the face of the company for future talents. As such, you need to be able to build strong relationships with all people you interact with in order to help them memorize AB Tasty. Your impressive kindness and common sense will help when dealing with key decision-makers.
    • Passion for the field. You have a keen interest in people and get really excited about hiring people and show off the company. In addition, you’re interested in the tech world and new technologies.
