As a member of our Product team, you will be leading the self-service education for our products. You will take on the challenge of building, designing, and maintaining the eLearning and in-app education from the ground up. The goal of the role is to create a self-service experience focused on onboarding, product adoption and utilization of existing and new features. To be successful in this role you must be passionate about knowledge sharing and have the ability to inspire our users on a daily basis to achieve value with our products.

Contract & Location

    • Permanent full-time contract.
    • We have offices in France, UK, Germany, Spain, with a smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week).
    • Working remotely full time (visiting your team 3 days per quarter) is also an option for experienced profiles.

A few examples of your responsibilities

    • Development and execution of a robust product education program from e-learning and certifications, to a learning hub, and more 
    • Work cross-functionally with Partner & Customer Success colleagues to deliver a blended learning experience
    • Create video tutorials, e-learning programs, develop product tours and an in-app experiences to accelerate onboarding, activation, aha moments, utilization & adoption
    • Leverage heatmaps, session recording, and analytic tools (eg Mixpanel) to identify opportunities for new or improved educational engagement
    • Build, monitor, and report on the quality and impact of product education 

What we look for

    • A bit of experience. Experience with product education and software training . 3+ years of experience driving self-service through educational content in a B2B SaaS context. Knowledge of learning management systems with the technical skills to leverage authoring tools such as Genially & SCORM
    • Great writing skills. You have proven ability to synthesize a lot of information into key insights that resonate with cross-functional audiences. You are able to craft instructional content and training programs that clearly and efficiently help end users achieve an objective
    • Drive. Excellent organizational and time management skills. You’re energetic, hard-working, and have the will to persevere through adversity until the job is done - and done impeccably. You’re massively into getting results, and always aim for excellence in what you do.
    • Initiative. Once you understand the scope of a project, you’re able to work independently and lead others, often coming up with ingenious ways to reach your goals and the team goals. In addition, you’re constantly exploring the world around you, looking for new ideas and opportunities.
    • Passion for the field. You breathe eLearning & technology: you’re not afraid of video or photo editing and design solutions
    • Communication: You speak and write English to a native level; Native-level French/German/Spanish  is a plus
