AB Tasty is currently seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director for France, with outstanding digital marketing, demand generation and management skills.

As a leader in the French team you will build and execute the marketing strategy, manage the entire field
marketing organization and own all the marketing channels (demand generation, awareness, customer
marketing, partner marketing, content, PR) to drive growth in close partnership with the sales organization.
You are responsible for managing the marketing budget for France and will be part of the local management team and will be a senior global marketing team member.

What you will do :

    • Build and own the overall marketing strategy and execution for France.
    • Lead a team of high performing marketers to execute a results-oriented plan to drive growth.
    • Manage a team of 3 marketers (demand gen, content, events) and external stakeholders.
    • Manage all local field marketing activities: demand generation, awareness, customer marketing, partner marketing, content, PR…
    • Define goals and metrics for all demand generation programs.
    • Grow multi-channel acquisition campaigns: paid media, search marketing, events, webinars, ABM, content syndication, social, content, partner marketing.
    • Continuously improve the content of the website. Drive strategies to increase traffic and improve lead conversions.
    • Closely work with SDRs and sales to measure program performance and lead quality.
    • Oversee outside agencies/contractors as needed.
    • Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately.

What we are looking for :

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years of proven experience in a similar role
    • Experience in building and managing high performing marketing teams.
    • Exceptional understanding of marketing fundamentals to drive growth (positioning, messaging, segmentation, retention, pricing, business models, digital channels, conversion funnels, LTV, CAC, A/B testing, brand)
    • Proven expertise in overachieving demand generation goals and accelerating revenue growth.
    • Expertise of building and driving revenue driven account based marketing programs.
    • Background in building great value-led digital content.
    • Experience in managing high profile tradeshows and events.
    • Excellent messaging and copywriting skills and building on-brand
