As part of the CLIENT team the Account Manager is responsible for the continued support of our clients and finding the best way to increase value and revenues with them through further service and product sales and the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions.

Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a related fieldSolid grasp of CRO concepts and techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable marketing plansKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptStrong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-mindedProven experience implementing customer retention initiatives, achieving high retention rates and client satisfactionGood Knowledge of negotiation techniques and the ability to deal with decision makers, mostly Heads of Marketing and Product DepartmentsStrong attention to detail, able to anticipate and identify problemsGet the things done philosophy

Manage a global portfolio of clients < 23 000 k $ ARR
Drive revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell of services and products
Identify accounts with high growth potentialBe responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementation
Communicate and identify ROI for clients to show cost/benefit example to clients
Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customersNegotiate and close sales cyclesUndertake operational and methodological training for major accounts
Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personnalisation campaigns
Analyse and identify new areas for optimisation following data analysisPut into action the projects desired by the company on this slice of the portfolio: Brooklyn, Automation, automated payments...
