The Salesforce Internal Consultant will be part of the Business Operations Team reporting directly to the VP of Business Operations and working jointly with the Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Internal Consultant will lead the ongoing development of our deployment in terms of technical evolutions, business processes and business intelligence.

The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the platform. The Salesforce Internal Consultant will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes.

This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Internal Consultant will be responsible along with the Salesforce Administrator of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

What you will do :

    • Serve as primary system administrator for the environment with 80+ users
    • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
    • Design & drive data quality processes to ensure a high level of data integrity
    • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
    • Manage data feeds, Pardot integration, as well as other integrations like Magentrix PRM, Churnzero
    • Work with various business units (primarily Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Leadership Team) to understand their business processes and requirements
    • Build and document customized solutions in and associated systems that support those business requirements and processes
    • Drive communication (releases, updates) to end users and on sales tools and processes
    • Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
    • Drive change management initiatives to increase tools and processes adoption across different functions, regions, and seniority levels
    • Refine CRM analytics and reporting strategy to ensure the different Teams leverage on the customer information and extract maximum value

What we are looking for :

    • At least 3 years of experience as a administrator
    • Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified 
    • One or more of the following certifications is definitely a plus: SFDC Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist
    • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
    • Knowledge of Pardot Marketing Automation Platform and knowledge of Analytics Reporting, Dashboarding or BI
    • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
    • Strong data management abilities
    • Proven ability to design, implement and document new processes and facilitate user adoption
    • Solid sense of customer focus and the importance of the voice of the customer
