About the role
You will be a part of our expert Nordic Creator Partnerships team and work directly with our premium Nordic Media Houses and Podcasters. Your role will be centered around leading and managing the day-to-day relationships with our Nordic Partners – helping them to optimize their strategies to grow their catalogs and business. You will also support, guide and nurture the Partnership Managers in Norway and Denmark.
You’ll work directly with Acast’s Sales, PR, Acquisitions and Product teams, as well as with colleagues in our local offices in global markets, working cross-functionally to successfully develop, launch, and scale audience and monetization strategies for our Podcasters. You will be reporting directly to the Nordic Director of Creator Network Services and working out of our Stockholm HQ, with close contact with the Nordic Offices.
In the role you will be the lead and day-to-day contact for our top Nordic podcast creators and external publishers, building and maintaining strong, positive and productive relationships and assisting them with integrating into our services and products. You will work with podcast creators to determine their goals and help create strategies for reaching them. Strategies should be based on: data, intel/insights, commercial insight, survey data, and your professional expertise. An important part of the role is to offer content, show and audience development and branding advice.
On a regular basis you will host meetings and strategic reviews as well as relevant entertaining with podcast creators and their teams. You will collaborate between Sweden, Denmark and Norway to strengthen the pan-Nordic offering, helping to set workflows and creating processes that look at the growth and maintenance around defending and growing inventory and relationships.
You will ensure that our global sales teams are equipped with necessary podcaster information to monetize Acast podcasts, as well as supporting sales and marketing by facilitating podcast talent for key advertiser industry events. You will also ensure market and global listening targets and sales inventory needs are being met, and execute the strategies set out for reaching the listening and maintenance targets, by the Nordic CNS Director.
