The role we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in Stockholm, to help drive business impact and deliver an awesome candidate experience. As a member of the Talent and People Team, we are the champions of our greatest asset: Our People. We are looking for someone with a genuine heart for people and a creative mind who has good communication skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment. This is a full lifecycle talent acquisition role where you’ll work with attracting the very best tech, product and design talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we’re taking the right actions to attract and hire the right people. This role will suit a seasoned, motivated and engaged talent acquisition specialist - you can be 'in-house' today or someone with an agency background looking to make the move in-house. We do suspect that you have experience from hiring technical profiles.

What you’ll do:

    • Source and identify talent
    • Build relationships with industry sources, such as universities and community networks
    • Maintain and work in Lever, which is our ATS
    • Participate at recruiting events as needed.
    • Aid in the design, development, and execution of recruitment related projects.
    • Assist with marketing strategies to attract top talent and build brand awareness.
