About the role

We’re a 100% cloud-based company from our customer offering to our internal IT systems. This makes us different from the common server-based infrastructure that’s usually found at companies as we don’t work with an Active Directory for instance. 

Our Internal-IT team is global and we support our colleagues all across the globe remotely, we currently have colleagues in 12 countries and 8 different time zones. Your primary focus will be to support our Sweden and Europe based employees, but you might also get requests from our Australia or US based teams from time to time. 

Working in a global company and supporting the staff remotely and on-site in the Stockholm office with general IT related problems. You have a support-based mindset, and will work on tasks such as scripting, automation and general workspace administration/setup.

We're a team that's passionate about what we do, helping those around us succeed, and as such we'd love someone who's used to explaining technical issues to others at various skills + knowledge levels. As such, it's crucial you've had a few years of experience in a similar role to this.

Who you are

    • Have experience/interest in automation and scripting.
    • Have experience/interest in learning to manage Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
    • Have experience/interested in learning to manage MDM systems such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji etc.
    • Have experience/interested in setting up ITSM systems such as Jira Service Desk, Service Now, Freshservice etc.
    • If you have experience managing and setting up these systems it's a huge plus:Google Workspace, Freshservice, Mosyle, Intune, Make
    • Are familiar with mixed environments consisting of Mac OSX, Windows, Android and iOS devices.
    • If you've had experience writing technical documentation or hosting workshops, that's definitely a plus!
