Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Director of Customer Success. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the data landscape and a proven track record of building lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.

You will develop and lead a high-performing customer success team and be responsible for renewals as well as upsell and cross-sell.

We’re looking for someone who can:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
    • Implement best practices for onboarding, training, and support to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our products.
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
    • Coach the team to be the trusted advisor of the customer and drive upsell/cross sell opportunities.
    • Understand customers' business goals and challenges to align our solutions with their needs.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our products.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers and assist in optimizing their usage.
    • Lead and inspire a high-performing Customer Success team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Train and enable the Customer Success team to proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth.

What makes you the right fit for this position?

    • Proven experience in a customer success leadership role within the enterprise data industry.
    • Strong track record of driving upsell/cross-sell in enterprise B2B environments
    • Strong understanding of data products and their applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to guide customer success strategies.
    • Demonstrated success in driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
