The AI Strategist will be part of a small team that will define and implement strategies around how AI can be used to improve business processes and enhance product experiences at Accurate. This role will help develop a vision around how AI can be used in an ethical and cost-effective manner at Accurate while also educating the wider business on the art of the possible with AI.  An AI Strategist must be comfortable working with new and changing technologies, empathetic to current business problems, and a change agent for new ways of working.

Responsibilities (Duties):

    • Strategically plan and manage AI initiatives to align with business goals and drive innovation
    • Lead the adoption and integration of AI technologies across business units to solve complex challenges and create value
    • Assess new AI technologies and their potential impact on the business, recommending investments and technology adoptions
    • Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure that AI projects are effectively implemented and integrated
    • Help define company-wide policies on how AI will be used effectively within the organization
    • Participate in training and upskilling of AI and associated technologies within the organization.

Qualifications:

    • Should have at least 12+ years of total IT experience in a technology discipline which should include data science, machine learning, and/or software development
    • Should have 5+ years of leadership experience
    • Strong project management skills to drive adoption of AI solutions
    • Demonstrated strong acumen in understanding current business challenges
    • Strong communication skills that bridges a variety of different audiences (organizational leaders, business stakeholders, and technology engineers)
