Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President, Global Marketing is responsible for developing and executing all marketing functions including operations, brand strategy, demand generation programs, events, content generation and management, and public relations and communications. The strategy you create will be built on dynamic storytelling that leverages branding, campaigns, communications, media and influencers. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and oversee a high volume of projects with an agile approach. You will guide your team through a fast-moving and changing internal and external environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in accelerating revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and an ability to collaborate with other senior executives. They will have a proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams and a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market analytics. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate closely with the senior executive team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve our company's goals.

Responsibilities

    • In cooperation with the Chief Revenue Officer and other Marketing team members, lead the development of yearly and quarterly strategic and budget planning.
    • Build and execute awareness and lead generation programs through various channels – inbound/outbound, website, campaigns, events, social and public relations to build a continuous pipeline of qualified leads
    • Design and implement a global approach for the Accurate brand and communications strategy including brand strategy, PR, media relations, creative services, social media and employee communications.
    • Directly or indirectly through your team, closely manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budget.
    • Set the strategic vision for event marketing including budget, campaigns and logistics.  Coordinate with internal teams to execute events measuring ROI and ensuring brand consistency across all event elements
    • Develop and operationalize marketing processes and workflows that support smooth deliverable creation.
    • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals.
    • Act as key internal PR resource, providing counsel to company execs and staff; serve as an advisor to business area initiatives on appropriate PR plans and channels.
    • Partner cross functionally to drive coordinated revenue programs, including Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing
    • Contribute to Accurate’s revenue strategy, across all verticals, lifecycles and segments
    • Plan and execute a content strategy which may include webinars, eBooks, videos, email and content syndication
    • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive MQLs and sales pipeline – driven by a keen eye on metrics, ROI and conversion rates.
    • Create and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Prioritize opportunities and generate recommendations for improvement

Requirements, Skills, and Education

    • Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, MBA a plus.
    • 15+ years of B2B Marketing experience, including 5+ years of people management.
    • An established track record of recruiting top talent and managing, developing and motivating high-performing teams. 
    • Ability to establish and track appropriate metrics associated with strategy and programs.
    • Strong planning, organization and project management – attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tracks at the same time.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Executive gravitas a must.
    • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) is a plus.
    • Marketing Project Management tool familiarity (e.g. Basecamp, Asana) is a plus.
    • Prefer candidates who have worked for or with companies that market/sell to Human Resources. 
    • Some travel may be required.
$210,000 - $250,000 a year
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $250,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.  This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
