Responsibilities:

    • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
    • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
    • Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
    • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
    • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
    • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
    • Following up with clients to ensure full resolution of issues
    • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
    • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
    • Installing or changing software to fix issues
    • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
    • Develop methods for improving current processes, procedures and customer relationships
    • Promote and implement company standards
    • Required to work non-standard (On-Call) hours, nights, weekends (on rotational basis) and/or holidays
    • Other duties as assigned

What's a Successful Candidate Look Like?

    • 6 months-1 year of IT internship or job experience 
    • College degree with computer-related courses or a combination of education, bootcamp, or related experience
    • Knowledge of DB structure and schemas
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel 
    • Knowledge of data analytics and statistics
    • Demonstrated usage of analytical or BI related tools

Requirements:

    • Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
    • Ability to work onsite at office in Rogers, AR and remotely when needed
