Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Social Media Marketeer by elevating our brand presence on the Ace & Tate social channels, owning the social media strategy while creating relevant & engaging content for our target audience.

- Own the Ace & Tate social media strategy & calendar of our four main channels across all markets
- Manage & coordinate the execution of our organic Social Media activities to drive awareness and engagement including boosting, content creation and reporting
- Analyze and communicate social results and audience data insights to recommend further best practices
- Work with internal and external teams to create engaging & relevant content
- Coordinate with the wider Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with Development and Product Teams to stay updated on new products and features
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and instigate conversation to develop community relations
- Stay up-to-date with digital and social trends & channels including TikTok

- Have successful Social Media management track record of 3-5 years
- Have a BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Are able to act as the face and voice of our brand
- Know how to identify and track relevant social metrics
- Are up to date with ever changing social media landscape & best practices
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have hands-on experience and are used to a scale-up environment
- Show strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
