We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to design and execute high-impact field marketing programs that build community, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline. You’ll be a key player in scaling our in-person event strategy across North America and APAC.
Please note that this role will work PST hours.
Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize in-person field marketing events (e.g., executive breakfasts, dinners, roundtables) to engage HR leaders and support pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts and align specificevent’s strategy with regional business priorities.
- Develop and maintain a calendar of field events, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
Program Management & Operations
- Create detailed event briefs and manage cross-functional collaboration with Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, Web, and external agencies.
- Own end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, attendee communications, and on-site execution.
- Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Contribute to the definition of success metrics and report on event performance, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Analyze attendee engagement and feedback to continuously improve event experiences.
- Maintain data accuracy in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Innovation & Optimization
- Test new event formats, technologies, and engagement tactics to elevate the attendee experience and share back with senior Achievers events staff to inform playbook improvements.
- Maintain and evolve best practices documentation for field marketing programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
APAC Regional Support (30%)
- Support field marketing initiatives in the APAC region, including virtual and in-person events.
- Build relationships with local vendors and media partners in Melbourne, Sydney, and Singapore.
- Travel to APAC 2–3 times per year to support regional events and build in-market expertise.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful in-person events that drive pipeline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot), and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel (including international travel to APAC).
- Experience in the HR tech or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with event platforms (e.g., Splash, Cvent) and virtual event tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
