As the Chief Technology Officer of Achievers, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of technology development and innovation. You'll be at the helm of our dynamic engineering division, driving innovation and excellence across all aspects of our tech initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's technological vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills to lead our technology team towards achieving organizational excellence.  

Our CTO role boasts a strong partnership with our Chief Product Officer, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and product strategies. We are committed to continually enhancing our microservice strategy to enable deeper integration capabilities. Our focus on platform extensibility ensures that other organizations can seamlessly integrate with our platform, fostering collaborative growth opportunities.     • Develop and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and goals. Lead the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge. 
    • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality products and services on time and within budget. 
    • Collaborate closely with product teams to design and deliver customer-facing solutions. Drive innovation by championing best practices in software development, architecture, and design.  
    • Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to ensure that technology initiatives align with product development goals and market demands. 
    • Optimize engineering processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency. Implement metrics and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • Oversee the management of cloud hosting models and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Drive initiatives to optimize costs while maximizing performance. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-suite executives, product managers, and sales and marketing teams, to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Serve as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
    • Proven track record of success in a C-level engineering role within a global B2B SaaS company, with at least 15 years of experience in the field. 
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams. 
    • Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and engineering, with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies. 
    • Deep understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure, and security best practices. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology initiatives. 
    • Experience working in agile environments and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
