The opportunity:
As a Global Digital Advertising Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and regions. Your mission is to elevate brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate measurable revenue growth through strategic digital initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, localized campaigns that align with global marketing goals and regional market dynamics. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced advertising technologies, leverage analytics for continuous improvement, and contribute meaningfully to our global digital marketing success.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads to meet global and regional objectives.
· Launch and manage content syndication programs across NAMER, APAC, and EMEA.
· Manage additional paid channels including paid referral, and third-party listings as needed.
· Ensure messaging and creative assets are align with brand guidelines and regional market needs.
Performance Optimisation & Reporting
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce
· Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve CTR, conversion rates and ROI.
· Track and report on KPIs such as MQLs, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Regional Collaboration & Localisation
· Partner with regional marketing teams to adapt targeting and creative for cultural, linguistic, and behavioural differences.
· Provide performance insights to regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Budget, Vendor, Stakeholder Management
· Managing paid media budgets efficiently across platforms and regions.
· Liaise with platform reps, agencies, and vendors to ensure performance and timely deliverables.
· Oversee invoicing and ensure on-time payment for paid channels.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
· Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital advertising.
· Identify opportunities to pilot new formats, platforms, or targeting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with brand, content, design, SEO, analytics, ABM, and sales teams to integrate paid campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
· Support larger go-to-market initiatives where paid media plays a role.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
- 1–2 additional years in a broader digital marketing role.
- Strong B2B demand generation experience with a track record of driving pipeline impact, preferably in a SaaS/tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign performance tools and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and time zones.
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a bias for action.
