The Achievers Project Management Office is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and driven Project Manager with exceptional project management skills and a strong track record for delivering successful outcomes. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, proven ability to lead cross functional teams, and the drive to work collaboratively within a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment. TheProject Manager will be responsible for leading various enterprise-wide initiatives, working closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels. Achievers is a dynamic organization in our scale up phase. At times this role will require you to work as a consultant, guiding project teams through ambiguity to a project's success. 

What you'll do:

    • End-to-end planning and management of multiple complex enterprise-wide projects with a focus on financial & technical system transformation implementations as well as operational projects. 
    • Work collaboratively with the business as a consultant supporting business leaders with the creation of project strategy, business cases and solutions. Inclusive of identification, scoping, preparation of business requirements, and mapping technical solutions.  
    • Developing robust project schedules,  risk assessment, and status reports 
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings as needed related to above deliverables  
    • Provide timely and ongoing communication reporting to key stakeholders on status, health, key highlights, and milestones  
    • Create and execute change management plans to ensure the greatest return on investment from all projects 
    • Manage work and resources according to deliverables set out in the project plan and ensure work is proceeding according to plan. 
    • Support the Achievers Project Management Office with project management processes and discipline, show thought leadership and provide advice to the team regarding best practices and sharing experiences, with a focus on long term sustainability and growth. 

What you'll bring:

    • Proven 3-5 years of project management experience and success leading complex enterprise projects  
    • Management consulting experience  
    • Experience working on managed services transition programs and complex technical implementations  
    • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision  
    • Comfort with ambiguity, the ability to make decisions and move projects forward despite not always having all the key information  
    • Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint) and project management software (SmartSheet, Miro) 
    • Always reliable, consistent, flexible, and adaptable 
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills  
    • Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution abilities  
    • Motivated with a strong focus on execution, process, documentation, and metrics   
    • Experience managing Tax related projects an advantage. 
    • PMI, Scrum Alliance, ITIL or Six Sigma certifications or equivalent an advantage
