What you`ll be doing:
- The Director of Product Management in our Platform Services domain is a key hybrid leadership and hands-on role responsible for shaping the internal tools, services, and infrastructure that power our product development lifecycle.
- Lead the end-to-end Platform Services product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product and services
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for critical platform areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
- Present platform vision and value to executive stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Establish and track platform KPIs including reliability, adoption, performance, and cost efficiency. Manage platform risks, technical debt, and scaling challenges proactively.
- Partner and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and other security teams to deliver technical capabilities and core services (e.g., IDM, APIs, data integration, RBAC, authentication).
- Gather and synthesize feedback from other Product teams and customers to identify pain points and opportunities for platform improvements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices to empower partner teams in utilizing the data services platforms.
What we are looking for:
- Passionate and driven Product professionals who enjoy being hands on and leading teams.
- Extensive product management experience in a Senior capacity with a focus on developing and managing SaaS platforms.
- Technical acumen and confidence when engaging in architectural and technical discussions with Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor`s or master`s degree in a relevant functional area.
- Prior people leadership experience.
