Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Growth Marketer to join our innovative marketing team.  This role will report directly into our VP of Sales. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. As a Growth Marketer at Aclaimant, you will have the opportunity to help us transform the RIMS landscape in the middle market.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive consistent, repeatable and measurable qualified pipeline growth in our ICP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Optimize website and landing pages to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Setup, plan and manage marketing systems for optimal insight and growth while maintaining target budget
3. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
- Implement A/B testing and other experiments to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Report on test results, iterate and refine approach, and create testing and measurement cycles
4. Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to position Aclaimant as a thought leader in the RMIS sector.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels to attract and nurture leads.
5. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Implement lead generation initiatives to drive qualified leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and improve sales funnel efficiency.
6. Product Launches:
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in growth marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and experimentation.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
8. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving growth targets.
9. Experience in Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS), Insurance or Claims preferred.
10. Chicago candidates preferred
