Customer Enablement Trainer

  • Do you have direct experience designing or delivering enablement or training programs for solutions in data governance, data quality, data cataloging, data management, metadata management?
  • What tools, platforms, or methods have you used to measure the effectiveness of your enablement or training programs (e.g., CSAT, engagement, usage analytics)?
