About the Role
Actian is looking for an innovative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the next phase of our companies' growth. You are equal parts thinker, manager, and strategist, with a passion for your craft.
The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the promotion of Actian and its diverse product portfolio. This position works with the key stakeholders of Actian to understand products, services, differentiators, and specific focus areas for revenue growth and develops the digital marketing plans to support them. This Digital Marketing Manager will work with external vendors and internal marketing teams to execute paid search, display, and social advertising and 3rd party program strategies.

Role & Responsibilities:

    • Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels
    • Manage digital agency and 3rd Party advertising programs (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic, 3rd  Content Syndication, 3rd Party Programs)
    • Track & assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing campaigns
    • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, 3rd party programs, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
    • Maintain messaging and branding consistency across online platforms
    • Collaborate with sales teams to share insights and develop optimization plans
    • Manage deadlines and communicate with key stakeholders across the organization
    • Collaborate and manage external partners as needed to achieve digital marketing goals
    • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ paid experience
    • Strong digital marketing background and proven record of delivering results in the digital marketing space
    • Hands-on experience developing/executing/maintaining digital campaigns
    • Demonstrable expertise in programmatic media buying and ABM (Plus)
    • Experience creating marketing programs for a complex B2B technology or technology-enabled industry (Plus)
