Action is seeking a part-time Lobby Ambassador to join our team at our luxury high-rise association, Century Plaza North Tower, located in Century City.
Compensation: up to $23.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
Schedule: (Part Time) Saturdays & Sundays, 10:00 am -6:30 pm
What You’ll Do:
Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for people arriving at the Association, whether by vehicle, in person, or by phone. As such, the Lobby Ambassador must always display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the Front Desk or entered the motor court. The Lobby Ambassador is expected to possess a working knowledge of the Association’s rules, policies, and procedures, as well as familiarity with the property’s amenities and surroundings in order to assist residents and their guests.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience):
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 2 years of customer service experience is required, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Hospitality Management or Lodging/Hotel Hospitality experience is highly desired.
A polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
An upbeat and positive team player with a proactive customer service approach.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
