As Manager of Sales Activation You'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Inbound Sales Activation Specialists. Your role is crucial in shaping our prospect to customer activation strategies, mentoring your team, and overachieving on conversion goals. We're looking for a leader who is not only goal-oriented but also brings a creative and entrepreneurial spirit to our rapidly growing environment. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure streamlined performance, operational excellence and communication consistency. 

What your day could consist of:

    • Lead and develop a team of Inbound Sales Activation Specialists, fostering a culture of hard work, success and team collaboration.
    • Implement and refine prospects to customer activation strategies to enhance conversion growth and customer experience satisfaction.
    • Develop a high-performing team of individual contributors who positively impact our prospect's experience by responding promptly to inquires via live chat and tickets, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided, and utilizing effective sales tactics to close transactional deals.
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Identify improvement opportunities, create performance plans accordingly and provide/recieve constructive performance insights.
    • Monitor conversion and CSAT metrics and manage administration process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with overall company objectives.
    • Encourage innovative thinking and solution-oriented approaches within the team.

What we’re looking for:

    • A Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications) or relevant experience.
    • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role (Sales/Success experience preferred).
    • Minimum 1+ years experience leading Sales/ Success teams and overachieving revenue, conversion, CSAT goals.
    • Familiarity with SaaS/Martech industry, understanding of key trends, and knowledge of competitive landscape (Preferred).
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly coachable with a passion for learning and professional growth.
    • Commitment to achieving results and a history of taking initiative to drive success.
    • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, commercial methodologies, and product knowledge.
