Software Development Engineer in Test

With this growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and accomplished SDET Engineer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high growth environment with rapidly evolving needs. This individual will provide technical leadership to the automation function, driving insights and solutions to our expanding business needs.

What your day could consist of:

    • Create an automated E2E test suite to validate our CX Apps are integrating properly with third party APIs (Google, Twilio, Typeform, Calendly, and more)
    • Implementing automated testing strategy
    • Ensure our CI/CD releases are fast, high quality and low friction for Engineers by integrating automated test suites with our CI/CD pipeline thereby enhancing the automation framework as well as expanding the automation coverage
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Product, Security, & DevOps
    • Documenting bugs and providing steps to reproduce them and eventually arriving at a resolution
    • Pair with Engineers for code reviews and debug code, as necessary

What is needed:

    • SDET skills in Selenium, Java or C# and test automation frameworks
    • Experience with writing UI & API automation and testing including understanding of manual and automated test execution, performance & security testing
    • Define and promote test automation best practices, standards, and processes amongst peers
    • Validation and test debugging skills are a must
    • Ability to write code in Java, Python, or PHP
    • Must be comfortable communicating with peers, and cross functional partners in the organization
    • Demonstrated leadership in the automated testing space and understand how to leverage technology 
    • Outstanding organization and planning skills
    • Participate in continuous integration, release, and build management
