Are you a strategic demand generation leader driven to accelerate revenue and expand the pipeline for a high-growth company? ActiveCampaign is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to execute impactful regional and digital demand generation strategies.

In this role, you won't just be running campaigns—you'll be a key driver of our growth, playing a major part in creating digital and AMER demand gen strategies that optimize every stage of the buyer’s journey. You’ll partner closely with sales, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and content to drive growth in both sales-touched and self-serve revenue.

On a typical day, you might:

    • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the entire buyer's journey. 
    • Develop new lead acquisition channels while partnering with lifecycle and sales teams to create and optimize conversion paths. 
    • Collaborate across product marketing, lifecycle marketing, events, and sales to ensure a coordinated and seamless buying journey. 
    • Create targeted demand generation campaigns for the U.S. market alongside scalable digital initiatives. 
    • Monitor and analyze KPIs across existing and new activities to identify opportunities for additional investment or strategic reallocation. 
    • Execute with a hands-on approach, working across internal teams and external vendors to accelerate demand generation initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will bring:

    • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related marketing roles. 
    • A proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns with measurable results. 
    • Experience with both sales-led and product-led growth motions. 
    • A “get it shipped” attitude that lets you work across teams to put new, cross-functional activities into the market while emphasizing business impact. 
    • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe Analytics, ZoomInfo, and ActiveCampaign.
$158,040 - $193,160 a year
