We are seeking a visionary VP of Product, Growth & Ecosystem to lead the integration of our product platform with go-to-market, customer lifecycle and growth, and ecosystem strategies. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and agency/ecosystem partnerships — ensuring our autonomous marketing platform accelerates customer outcomes, strengthens partner ecosystems, and unlocks scale across agencies and strategic partners. You'll lead and develop our strategy for product-led growth, architecting key customer journeys, and collaborating across the business to translate strategic goals into tangible financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Core GTM Alignment: Serve as the primary interface between Product and GTM organizations to translate market needs into actionable roadmaps and execution plans
- Partner with GTM leaders to align on growth, onboarding, trial, upsell, cross-sell, and retention journeys, ensuring our product innovation drives measurable customer outcomes
- Drive alignment between GTM priorities and product development, ensuring high-impact feedback loops
- Customer Journeys & Lifecycle: Lead the design and execution of critical customer lifecycle programs, including first-time onboarding, trial conversion, expansion, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and customer teams to ensure the platform accelerates value realization and long-term adoption
- Agency & Ecosystem Development: Define and scale our agency strategy, including multi-account management, hyper-personalization, and differentiated agency offerings
- Partner with product and platform leaders to advance ecosystem expansion initiatives such as agent builder, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and API extensibility
- Build strong alliances with key agency and ecosystem partners to accelerate co-innovation and joint go-to-market execution
What you'll bring:
- 15+ years in product, growth, or partnerships roles with proven leadership at VP level
- Deep experience in customer lifecycle strategy, go-to-market alignment, and ecosystem/partner development within SaaS, MarTech, or AI-driven platforms
- Strong track record of translating business needs into product strategy and driving measurable outcomes across GTM, operations and customer success
- Expertise in building and scaling partner ecosystems, particularly agencies, platforms, and technology partners.A proven ability to understand and proactively communicate the financial implications of complex business decisions and evolving market dynamics
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the talent to distill complex business needs into clear, actionable product roadmaps and strategies
- Executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence at C-suite and board level.
$272,000 - $374,000 a year
