As an Account Executive at ActiveCampaign, you will be a vital member of our growing inbound team. We're looking for someone with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit who can bring innovative ideas and a solution-oriented mindset to their work. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively generating demand with prospects and customers, strategically collaborating with other teams, and, ultimately, closing inbound opportunities.
On a typical day, you might:
- Manage a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close.
- Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs.
- Use a consultative approach to learn and communicate ActiveCampaign’s product offerings to prospects and customers.
- Conduct demos and discovery calls while successfully managing all phases of the selling process.
- Proactively generate demand beyond inbound opportunities through outbound outreach and prospecting activities.
- Exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
What you'll need:
- At least 4 years of quota-carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution-selling environment.
- Proven consultative sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and relate to others.
- The ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated and driven attitude with a strong desire to achieve new goals.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, with a highly coachable mentality.
- Experience in the email and online marketing space.
- Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish (Native), Portuguese and English
